  Best kids dentist I've ever used! Prompt service, always able to scheduled appointments around my schedule, staff and doctor above reproach and amazing with both my teen and toddler.

  Be very careful reading through treatment plan proposed by this doctor. For some reason he insists on oral sedation for every procedure, even for simple fillings. My child has a history of sedation-related complications (vomiting and stomach pain), but even after my explanation Dr Ghezzi refused to do any dental job without sedation. Also my child has no fear of dentists at all and always cooperated nicely and there was no a single reason to use sedation on him. I explained everything again to no avail. The thing that "fascinated" me most was Dr Ghezzi reasoning: "I will not do any dental job without sedation because I don't feel myself comfortable in this case". Seriously? The only thing that really worries me is how comfortable my child feels, not how comfortable it is to do the job for a dentists. We decided to go to another doctor and had all our teeth fixed without any sedation and even without nitro. No problems at all. Also, keep in mind, that oral sedation is not covered by insurance, that is $100-$120 out of pocket for every visit, even for a simple filling. For us it made a huge difference - our pre-treatment estimations from Dr Ghezzi assumed $620+ out of pocket expenses (because we had to do 3 visits to fix all our cavities). We ended up paying only $140 for all teeth fixed. Only 2 visits, no sedation, no nitro and happy child.
