- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctors are wonderful, as is insurance person, Desi. That's where the great ends. Business processes & follow-ups are well BELOW PAR. If you need referrals sent in a timely manner, get ready to be your own self- advocate. It us up to the patient to call multiple times & deal with the red tape. I've never once been contacted with lab results. Even if you have an appointment, plan on waiting approximately an hour. I have had to leave many times because the wait (even though I had an appt.) was way too long. Again, the one-on-one with the doctor's is great- very competent. The incompetence of the office practices and lack of knowledge in office practices & insurance processes..very unprofessional & inconsistent.
